Thanks Luciano for making these lectures publicly available. I am in an NGO involved with data governance (and soon to be AI governance too) However I used to be an academic and miss deep thinking and found it very refreshing to find nice clear axioms and common sense approach to Digital Ethics.

I like this talk right until the moment near the end where he said that the reason we should do ethics is because ethical practices are successful practices. This shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how either ethics or capitalism works.

I love this, Musk is a 'spoiled brat'.

We need hard ethics to protect animals and the environment - to overcome market values that causes their exploitation and destruction.

I believe prof is using low compression language for a wider audience. I really appreciate the free college education. As for growing more interesting among a broader audience, consider 5minutes and 10 minutes talk. Talk show with more entertaining comparison and just 1 nugget of wisdom as bait to hook the mass on learning.

Senza considerare il modo in cui si spostano gli aerei che vanno ad aggiungersi a tutte le automobili che sempre viaggiano e poi come non vedere, almeno qui in Italia,la crescita esponenziale del trasporto su gomma? Sì forse ci hanno sensibilizzato sul problema ma la soluzione non c'è. Cordiali saluti a tutti voi
